Refund Policy
Refund Policy – ExpeditionEdge Engineering
1. Overview
At ExpeditionEdge Engineering, we strive to provide high-quality services and products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or service, we offer refunds under certain conditions in compliance with Scottish consumer protection laws.
2. Services Refund Policy
If a service has been scheduled but needs to be cancelled, a full refund will be issued if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and materials used.
No refunds will be given once a service has been fully provided unless there is a proven fault or issue with the service.
3. Product Refund Policy
Faulty or Defective Products: If a product we supplied is faulty, defective, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Returns: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than fault or defect, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.
Custom Orders: Any bespoke or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.
4. Deposits and Prepayments
Deposits paid for services or custom orders are non-refundable unless ExpeditionEdge Engineering cancels the service or product order.
If a prepayment was made and the service or product cannot be delivered due to our fault, a full refund will be issued.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
If a refund is issued for a card or bank transfer payment, processing times may vary depending on your bank.
6. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund and your request has been denied, you may seek resolution through Scottish courts or alternative dispute resolution services.
